Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and salt if using. Use your hands to thoroughly mix and knead the ingredients together until a soft dough ball forms.
  2. Prepare Dough: Lightly flour a clean wooden or kitchen surface. Sprinkle a tablespoon or two of flour on top of the dough ball, then transfer it onto the floured surface. Press the dough into a circular shape and divide it evenly into 8 portions.
  3. Roll Flatbreads: Re-flour the surface again. Take one dough portion and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin circular flatbread. Repeat this rolling process with all portions until you have 8 flatbreads ready.
  4. Cook Flatbreads: Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, place one flatbread in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is lightly browned. Flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes. Repeat until all flatbreads are cooked through and golden.
