Berry Yogurt Parfait with Honey Drizzle

A refreshing and wholesome layered parfait made with creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, juicy berries, and a sweet honey drizzle. Ideal for breakfast, a snack, or light dessert.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup granola (your favorite variety)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract if using.
  2. In a clear serving glass, add a spoonful of yogurt to form the base layer.
  3. Add a layer of granola, followed by a layer of strawberries and raspberries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with yogurt on top.
  5. Drizzle honey generously over the top layer of berries and granola.
  6. Serve immediately for crunch or chill briefly to let flavors meld.
