A wholesome twist on the classic banana split, this vibrant breakfast version features fresh banana halves topped with creamy Greek yogurt, a medley of berries, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of almond butter.

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup granola (your favorite variety)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter, warmed for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Place the banana halves in a shallow bowl or plate.
