Instructions

  2. Combine the Ingredients: Add the chopped imitation crab meat and sliced green onions into the bowl with the cucumber. Pour in soy sauce, spicy mayo, and just a little kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Mix the Salad: Secure the lid onto the bowl and shake it thoroughly to ensure all ingredients and seasonings are well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning by adding more soy sauce or spicy mayo if desired.
