- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons, slightly crushed
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Remove fries from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan while hot.
- In a large bowl, toss lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and crushed croutons until evenly coated.
- Place the mixture in the center of each tortilla, fold the sides in, and roll tightly into wraps. Slice in half.
- Serve wraps with Parmesan fries, extra Caesar dressing for dipping, and lemon wedges for squeezing over the wraps.
Notes
- For extra crunch, lightly toast the tortillas before filling.
- Use store-bought or homemade Caesar dressing depending on preference.
- Air fryer can be used for the fries to save time and reduce oil.
- Add bacon bits to the wrap for extra flavor.
