Chocolate Drizzled Fruit Skewers

Vibrant fruit skewers made with bananas, strawberries, kiwis, and oranges, drizzled with rich dark chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt. A fun and healthy treat perfect for parties, brunches, or light desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bananas, sliced into thick rounds
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 strawberries, hulled
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother drizzle)
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish
  • 6 wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Thread fruit pieces onto skewers in alternating patterns: strawberry, orange, banana, kiwi. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in 20-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Place fruit skewers on a parchment-lined tray. Drizzle melted chocolate generously over each skewer using a spoon or piping bag.
  4. Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt while chocolate is still wet.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set, or serve immediately for a melty chocolate experience.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm fruit to avoid sogginess.
  • Try adding grapes, pineapple, or melon for variety.
  • White or milk chocolate can be substituted for dark chocolate.
  • Great for kids’ activities or dessert platters.
