  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, nut butter, and honey (or maple syrup) together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, pistachios, and cranberries.
  4. Pour melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan, pressing it down firmly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
