Classic Falafel Wrap with Fries

A flavorful falafel wrap served in warm flatbread, stuffed with crispy falafel balls, fresh vegetables, and herbs, accompanied by golden fries.

Ingredients

  • 6 falafel balls
  • 1 flatbread or pita
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp tahini or hummus (optional)
  • 1 cup thick-cut fries
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the flatbread or pita until warm and pliable.
  2. Prepare the fries by frying or baking them until golden and crispy. Season with salt.
  3. Place the warm flatbread on a plate and spread tahini or hummus if using.
  4. Layer with cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, and parsley.
  5. Add the cooked falafel balls on top of the vegetables.
  6. Fold the wrap securely and serve with the fries on the side.

Notes

  • You can add pickles or hot sauce for extra flavor.
  • Use store-bought or homemade falafel.
  • Serve immediately to keep the fries crispy.
