- 1 flatbread or pita
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp tahini or hummus (optional)
- 1 cup thick-cut fries
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Heat the flatbread or pita until warm and pliable.
- Prepare the fries by frying or baking them until golden and crispy. Season with salt.
- Place the warm flatbread on a plate and spread tahini or hummus if using.
- Layer with cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, and parsley.
- Add the cooked falafel balls on top of the vegetables.
- Fold the wrap securely and serve with the fries on the side.
