- 1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini for 2–3 minutes less than package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and sauté until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir to combine, then bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cooked tortellini and toss everything to coat in the sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the top.
- Cover the skillet and cook on low for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
