Ingredients

Scale

Toasted Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 3/4 cup gluten free panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Dip Base

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice

Seasonings

  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp salt

Add-Ins and Garnish

  • 1.5 cups chopped dill pickles
  • fresh chopped dill (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Toast the gluten-free panko breadcrumbs: Melt the butter in a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat. Add the gluten-free panko breadcrumbs and stir continuously, toasting them for 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the creamy dip base: In a bowl, combine the sour cream, non-fat plain Greek yogurt, cream cheese, dill pickle juice, dried parsley, dried chives, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, dried onion flakes, and salt. Use a fork or an electric mixer to mix everything thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the chopped pickles and half the toasted panko: Fold in the chopped dill pickles along with half of the toasted panko breadcrumbs to the creamy mixture, stirring gently to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  4. Assemble the dip for serving: Transfer the dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle the remaining toasted panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top to add a crunchy texture layer.
  5. Garnish and serve: Garnish the top with fresh chopped dill for an extra burst of flavor and color. Serve immediately with your favorite ripple potato chips or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your crispy fried pickle dip!
