Instructions

  1. Spread a small amount of cream cheese on one cucumber slice.
  2. Place a square of turkey or ham on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Top with another cucumber slice to form a mini sandwich.
  4. Repeat the layers if a stacked effect is desired.
  5. Insert a toothpick or mini skewer to hold the sandwich together.
  6. Sprinkle the tops with everything bagel seasoning, cracked black pepper, and seeds.
