Dark Chocolate Raspberry Nut Clusters

Rich, velvety dark chocolate coats clusters of roasted nuts and freeze-dried raspberries, finished with a pinch of flaky sea salt. These indulgent yet wholesome treats strike the perfect balance between sweet, salty, crunchy, and fruity.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed roasted nuts (almonds, cashews, or peanuts)
  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried raspberries or dried raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil (if using) over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the nuts and raspberries until everything is coated in chocolate.
  4. Drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet to form clusters.
  5. Sprinkle each cluster with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until fully set.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Use high-quality dark chocolate (70% or higher) for richer flavor and health benefits.
  • Customize with your favorite nuts or add seeds for extra crunch.
  • Ensure raspberries are completely dry to avoid chocolate seizing.
  • Great for gifting when wrapped in parchment or boxes.
