Frozen Banana Peanut Butter Bites

These delightful frozen banana peanut butter bites are the ultimate healthy treat. Creamy natural peanut butter is slathered over sweet banana slices and chilled until firm. Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: drizzle of melted dark chocolate or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick coins and lay them flat on the prepared tray.
  3. Using a spoon or small spatula, spread about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each banana slice.
  4. Optional: sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top or drizzle with dark chocolate.
  5. Place tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours or until bites are firm.
  6. Once frozen, transfer bites into an airtight container and keep stored in the freezer.
