- 500g chicken breast, cut into chunks

- 500g beef, cut into chunks

- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tsp dried oregano

- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Metal or wooden skewers (soak wooden skewers if using)

- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries

- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 1/2 cup red onion, diced

- 1/2 cup yellow pepper, sliced

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

- In a large bowl, combine 3 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and beef chunks, toss well, and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.

- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread meat onto skewers and grill for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.

- For the fries, preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat oil for frying. Toss potato fries in 3 tbsp olive oil, season with salt, and bake for 25–30 minutes, or fry until golden and crispy.

- Arrange fries on plates, sprinkle with feta, onions, peppers, and parsley, then drizzle with tzatziki sauce.

- Serve the souvlaki skewers hot alongside the loaded fries with extra tzatziki on the side.

		Notes

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.

- Marinating overnight enhances the flavor.

- Serve with warm pita bread for an extra touch.

- You can substitute chicken or beef with lamb for a different taste.
