This grilled chicken Caesar salad is a classic and satisfying dish featuring crisp romaine, juicy grilled chicken, crunchy croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

  • 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Brush chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Add croutons and grated Parmesan, tossing gently to combine.
  5. Plate the salad and top with sliced grilled chicken.
  6. Garnish with extra Parmesan if desired and serve immediately.
