Mini English Muffin Pepperoni Pizzas

Crispy, cheesy, and quick to make, these mini English muffin pepperoni pizzas are a nostalgic and satisfying snack or lunch option. Perfectly portioned and ready in minutes!

  • 4 English muffins, split in half
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 mini pepperoni slices
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Olive oil, for brushing (optional)
  • Pinch of dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place English muffin halves cut-side up on the baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil if desired.
  3. Spread a spoonful of marinara sauce over each muffin half.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
  5. Top with mini pepperoni slices and a pinch of dried oregano or seasoning if using.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve warm.
