- 4 English muffins, split in half
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 mini pepperoni slices
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Olive oil, for brushing (optional)
- Pinch of dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place English muffin halves cut-side up on the baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil if desired.
- Spread a spoonful of marinara sauce over each muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- Top with mini pepperoni slices and a pinch of dried oregano or seasoning if using.
