- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

- 12 mini tortilla cups or scoops

- In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, red onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine diced mango, tomato, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Stir gently to combine.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of guacamole into each tortilla cup.
- Top each with a generous spoonful of mango salsa.
- Garnish with a cilantro leaf and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
