Chicken
- 1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- Season the chicken: In a bowl, toss the cut chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then season evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to add depth and flavor.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Add diced carrots and onion, cooking for about 7 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute to release its aroma.
