This fresh peach burrata salad is a summer masterpiece—juicy ripe peaches paired with creamy burrata, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic. Sweet, savory, and effortlessly elegant.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 large ball burrata cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves, torn or sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice peaches into thin wedges and set aside.
  2. Place the burrata in the center of a shallow bowl or plate.
  3. Gently arrange the peach slices around and partially over the burrata.
