Rainbow Fresh Fruit Salad

A colorful and refreshing fruit salad made with a mix of seasonal favorites, lightly coated in a zesty honey-lime dressing. Perfect for brunches, picnics, or any warm-weather gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned, drained)
  • For the Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and zest until well combined.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  5. Serve in a large bowl or individual cups, garnished with fresh mint if desired.
