- 2 lbs Japanese sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (white or mixed)
- Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
