Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Almond Clusters

Rich, crunchy, and perfectly salty-sweet, these sea salt dark chocolate almond clusters are an easy no-bake treat with just three ingredients. Each cluster is packed with roasted almonds and coated in smooth, melted dark chocolate, then finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole roasted almonds (unsalted)
  • 10 oz high-quality dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the almonds to the melted chocolate and stir until all almonds are thoroughly coated.
  4. Using a spoon, drop clusters of the chocolate-covered almonds onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. While still warm, sprinkle each cluster with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  6. Allow the clusters to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or place them in the fridge for 15 minutes until hardened.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
