  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the banana, almond milk, almond butter, hemp seeds, spices, vanilla, dates (if using), and ice to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
