- 1 French baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (or Aleppo pepper)
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh parsley or mint, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

- Let crostini cool slightly, then spread each slice with a generous spoonful of ricotta.
