Spicy Ranch Seasoned Crackers

Crispy bite-sized crackers coated in a bold, zesty ranch seasoning with a spicy kick from red pepper flakes. These crunchy snacks are perfect for parties or quick snacking.

  • 10 oz mini crackers (like mini saltines or oyster crackers)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the crackers and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.

  • Adjust red pepper flakes to control spice level.
