Tahini Chocolate Fudge Bites

Rich, gooey, and deeply chocolaty, these tahini chocolate fudge bites are topped with toasted sesame seeds for a nutty crunch. A flourless, naturally sweetened treat that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini (well-stirred)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with liners or lightly grease.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking soda until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Sprinkle tops with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are set but the centers are still soft.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes

  • Use runny tahini for best texture and mixing.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • These bites freeze well for up to 3 months.
