Tropical Yogurt Granola Parfait

A creamy layered yogurt parfait with crunchy granola, ripe mango, juicy raspberries, and fresh blueberries—perfect for a refreshing breakfast or nourishing snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola (your favorite variety)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 4 fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A few extra blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a clear glass, add half the Greek yogurt to form the first layer.
  2. Spoon in half of the granola to create the second layer.
  3. Repeat with remaining yogurt and granola to build another layer.
  4. Top the parfait with diced mango, raspberries, and blueberries.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if using.
  6. Garnish with a few fresh blueberries around the base for extra flair.
  7. Serve immediately while the granola is crunchy.
