- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (for topping)
- Toasted baguette slices, for serving
- In a food processor or blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and fold in chopped herbs.
- Drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
- Serve with warm toasted baguette slices or pita chips.
Notes
- You can substitute dill with mint for a different herbal flavor.
