Whipped Feta Dip with Herbs and Olive Oil

A luxuriously creamy whipped feta dip infused with garlic, fresh herbs, lemon, and olive oil, topped with smoked paprika – a Mediterranean-inspired appetizer perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (for topping)
  • Toasted baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and fold in chopped herbs.
  4. Drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
  5. Serve with warm toasted baguette slices or pita chips.

Notes

  • You can substitute dill with mint for a different herbal flavor.
  • This dip also works well with raw veggie sticks or crackers.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate for up to 2 days; stir before serving.
